This weekend was Swiss Days in Santa Clara. Its when they celebrate the Swiss settlers who came to settle the area. Its a pretty big deal to the residents of Santa Clara. So us Ivins folk went to join in some of the festivities. It was a very fun weekend!

It started Friday night with some fireworks. We were lucky enough to be able to see them from our house :)

Saturday morning, Jeff and Dale ran the 5k. They both did great finishing 8
th in their age groups. Good job, guys!

Then we went up to
Tuachan for a pancake breakfast. One of the plays this year is Annie. So they have these cut outs that you can take your picture in. Here is Jake being Sandy.

Christopher's turn

Me as Annie, Jake as Sandy, and Chris as a convincing Daddy
Warbucks :)

Check out that Annie :)

This was the boys breakfast. Who needs pancakes when you can have clear pop and a
carmel corn on the cob? Thanks Grandma!

To cap the day off, some outside play with dad.
You can't really see Chris' face here but he was all smiles. Too cute

Look how sweaty Jake was. Riding the scooter is hard work!

We also decorated for Halloween. A little early, I know. But the boys were so excited to pull everything out. It is fun having a festive home and seeing all the "punpicks" (Thats how Chris says it :] )

Great post, Amanda! Wish we could have been there to enjoy the fireworks with the boys, and to watch them play baseball and ride scooter. Glad you are raising happy, active boys! Dad
CUTE! I love how there are so many fun things like that in Utah. There are a lot of family friendly events. That's great. The boys are so cute! I love "punpicks"! Also, I want one of those carmel corn cobs!
